More than 250 people will need to isolate after catching the same flight from Perth to Melbourne as a COVID-positive passenger.
The flight in question, Qantas flight QF778 on April 21, unknowingly carried a man who caught the virus in hotel quarantine.

West Australian Premier Mark McGowan said a total of 257 people were on the flight.
“That flight had 257 passengers and Victoria’s (Department of) Health is working on contact tracing those people,” he said.
“For any West Australian who was on the flight and has since returned, you will be required to be tested immediately and self quarantine for 14 days.”
